CUSTOMER INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the INTERESTED PARTY are used by LE GEMELLE SRLS, in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by Article 13 of the EU Regulation GDPR 2016/679.

METHOD AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to Art. 4; Art. 6 of the EU Reg. GDPR 679/2016

- provision of the services requested by the Customer and / or proposed by us or available on portals managed by LE GEMELLE SRLS, companies or professional partners

- newsletter, information material, etc., as well as the conclusion of the contract of which the interested party is a party;

- administrative and accounting purposes related to service contracts;

Any refusal to allow the processing of data makes it impossible to use the service requested by the user.

The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible to provide the requested services.

The company processes the optional data of the CUSTOMERS on the basis of consent, i.e. through the explicit approval of this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes described above.

CONSERVATION PERIOD

Pursuant to Art. 4 of the EU Reg. GDPR 679/2016

The data required for contractual and accounting purposes, of a personal and administrative nature of the customers will be processed by the Data Controller (LE GEMELLE SRLS) for as long as necessary for the performance of professional functions, in relation to the acceptance of an offer or verbal agreement. between the parties (seller and buyer). Pursuant to art. 2200 of the Civil Code, the administrative and accounting data will be kept for the next 10 years from the date of acquisition of the same.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Pursuant to Art. 15 of the EU Reg. GDPR 679/2016

Pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the interested party may, according to the methods and within the limits established by current legislation, exercise the following rights:
